My arcade cabinet project - Nameless for the time being

This is a page about my Mame Cabinet project. The progress is kind of slow, to not say non-existent. Right now I'm using a console I hacked together in an hour. The cabinet will have to wait until we get a house. I've spent some time reading and browsing through other similar projects and my conclusions are these:
- Use as fast computer I can afford, and run a frontend that hides windows.
- Design my own cabinet.
- Buy controls from Happ. They are too expensive in Sweden.
- Use I-PAC as interface
for controls (cheap and no ghosting).
I'm currently planning on making a new control panel before I start designing my cabinet.
